2021年2月5日 · The base CDR on URF is now 75% with the starting 300 haste. To reach old URF levels you need 400 haste, and anything beyond that is slightly faster than old URF. Going a full haste build like that will do less damage than before though, since you previously could ignore CDR on items and stack some spellbinders with a Rabadon/Void Staff.

2018年12月7日 · I can say the same thing, "in Old URF you play against the same 20 champions every game, so that's why people prefer ARURF over URF". Clearly there's pros and cons of both modes, but personally I heavily prefer having each game feel different regardless of one team being stronger than the other, than having every other game feel the same.
