If you have BitLocker or encryption enabled, fTPM will NOT enable in new CPU, the system will boot without a recovery key. Press N to keep previous fPM record and continue system boot, you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM related Keys and data.

What we need to see, are some OLD CPU shooters, say some P4 single cores (like a 2.4ghz and an overclocked P4 at over 3.6ghz), and an old athlon xp 2400 and 3000 or something. Throw in, like, a Pentium D, and an X2 4000.
