While what you say is absolutly true, I thought I'd share a positive work dog story. My best friend has two pyrenees guardian dogs. The oldest gal she got from a rescue, it was pulled from a neglect case as a puppy. Her new puppy she got from a local breeder. They help with the chickens and goats on her farm.
