Odyssey's End is a Legendary Bow in Diablo III, added in Patch 2.1.2. It requires character level 70 to drop, and originally only dropped during the Season Two for Seasonal characters. After the end of the Season Two, it drops for normal characters as well.

I tried it last night - I was travelling at 70 MPH on a highway at about 2000 RPM -then when I engaged the D3 button - there was no speed change but the RPM increaed to 4000 !!

D3 is suitable for going up or down hills and is the best gear position for stop-and-go driving situations. Compared to D3, it moves faster and performs better in all environments. D4 can be utilized both inside a town and on the highway, although D3 might not be the best option for driving on the highway.
