Odysee feels like a good site to browse. When I first saw it, I thought to myself maybe this should've been the lbry.tv . Another point, Tuxdigital recently talked about Odysee on the following video (around 27:00). He was not sure what having both lbry.tv and Odysee was all about. Maybe some clarification needed?

I joined LBRY for free right before they created Odysee, and they automatically created an Odysee account for me. The confusion is because LBRY means two things. There's LBRY the protocol upon which the web sites are built. Then there's LBRY.tv, the website of the same name, which was the first front end built for the protocol.

2022年5月4日 · Besides, Odysee is just a bad user experience. As a side effect of having to use peer-to-peer file sharing, it does not even let you play back videos at 1080p the last I checked. There is nothing stopping Odysee from turning into a giant greedy cooperation and a censorship cesspool just like YouTube did as it grew older and larger.
