2020年12月29日 · Obito was born with Kamui. If he were to awaken mangekyo without Hashirama cells, he still would have Kamui, because that's how strong his eyes are. Kakashi didn't have Hashirama cells but when he awakened mangekyo on his Obito's sharingan eye, he also got kamui as the mangekyo ability.

2021年8月30日 · I am not entirely sure how it works but Because Obito has the Rinnegan he can use the six paths chakra which give him access to all the six paths (I don’t know all of their names) and he then revived the jinchuriki and gave them each their own rinnegan path hence why they have a rinnegan, this is also the jutus pain uses to make the six paths of pain.

Further reason to support he could advance to Perfect Susano'o. 3. His base sharingan has the absolute most feats of any base sharingan in the show, more than even Madara.

At like 14 he was able to covertly infiltrate the leaf, steal the nine tails and throw hands with Minato so I don’t think it would be a stretch to say he easily could have gone and collected his sharingan. So when the Mangekyou is attained, the ability of Sharingan is increased, meaning more control over chakra. This explains some of the MS abilities. Tsukuyomi: much more powerful genjutsu. Its self explanatory as to why it exists.
