Nyhavn 5 is an 18th-century property overlooking the Nyhavn canal in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1945. Notable former residents include the actor Adam Gottlob Gielstrup, opera singer Peter Schram and businessman Cornelius Peter August Koch.

Copenhagen's Nyhaven, or "New Harbor," is actually steeped in a long heritage. Colorful buildings line the canal and hint at a history of small-vessel traffic. Like many ports, this strip has a salty history, rich with sailors, drinking and literary exploits. Danish author Hans Christian Andersen made his home in Nyhavn as well.

Nyhavn 5 består af forhus, sidehus og baghus og er beskrevet nedenfor: Forhuset blev opført før 1736 i to etager og forhøjet med en etage i perioden 1757-1791 og endnu en i 1843. Foto fra februar 2008. Sidehuset er formentlig opført samtidigt med forhuset. Der er ikke undersøgt yderligere oplysninger om dette hus (pr. 31.januar 2023).
