2023年12月28日 · The Church of Pentecost has announced that the final funeral rites for its former chairman and prominent Ghanaian clergyman Apostle Dr. Michael Kwabena Ntumy will be held on February 17, 2024 in Accra. Apostle Dr. Ntumy passed away on December 27 at the age of 65 after ailing for some time.

Accra, Feb. 24, GNA – The Apostle Dr. Michael Kwabena Ntumy, a Former Chairman of the Church of Pentecost (COP), has been laid to rest in Accra. The funeral was held at the forecourt of the State House in Accra on Saturday, February 24, 2024.

Michael Kwabena Ntumy, his wife, their four children and a niece were taken hostage and transported to a rebel camp known as Flamingo Camp, nicknamed “The Camp of No Return” where they spent 185 days.
