Northwest Park is a 473 acre municipal site owned and operated by the Town of Windsor, CT. Friends of Northwest Park exists to support and expand the many wonderful programs and events happening year round at the park through its' membership organization.

All concert proceeds are used by the Friends of NWP to benefit the educational programs held at the park. 2024-2025 Concert Series Lineup This is our 29th year of putting on this concert series, and we are thrilled to present this years lineup.

The Friends’ original mission of supporting development of the Nature Center has expanded to include support for Northwest Park as a whole. Our Mission: To provide a better understanding of and appreciation for nature and the environment for the benefit of people of all ages and abilities.

House of Hamill is a Pennsylvania based Irish/Folk trio. Whether they are ripping through a set of original jigs and reels, adding lush three-part harmonies into up cycled folk ballads, or cracking up a audience with stories from the road, House of Hamill puts on a show that captivates audiences from the very first note.

Our campers enjoy exploring our 473-acre park through discovery-based activities such as: hiking the trails, live animal interactions, rolling logs to search for salamanders, dipping a net in the pond to learn more about aquatic critters, playing nature-themed games and creating artistic masterpieces from natural materials.

This annual event, held in the beautiful Northwest Park in Windsor, CT and hosted by The Friends of Northwest Park, is one of the largest community celebrations of the year, with all proceeds going supporting the Park and its programs.
