Jun 6, 2013 · The dentist explained the stuff he used isn't available to the public though which is a shame because it isn't mint. He was unable to suggest any high concentration of fluoride toothpaste for sensitive teeth that isn't mint flavour. It's the front surface of the tooth oddly enough not even the top which you use to eat with.

You can use this for brushing and then leave it on without rinsing. It’s not strictly necessary to use toothpaste.

Nov 16, 2019 · Hi, I have to say that personally, I generally advise against ‘whitening’ toothpastes. They tend to work by being abrasive which, as you’ve indicated can potentially contribute to sensitivity, gums receding and the wearing away of tooth surfaces (particularly if there are exposed root surfaces from the gum having receded).

Jan 26, 2012 · All my life at my cleaning they would give me a fluoride treatment at the end, I recently went to a new dentist and they didn't give me one, at the end I asked why and they said they only give it to kids (I am 23). Why wouldn't a adult need one?
