Niche does not need that very often even when changing beans. 4 dots in terms of burr movement isn't much at all. 2020年12月30日 · It's beyond comprehension that Niche still sell their grinder this way, at this point Niche should have a fully functional webshop like everyone else. There is no logical explanation for them to make it look like they are running a crowd funding campaign when they are clearly not, as they are just using Indiegogo as a webshop.

2022年7月26日 · It's finally time to sell my trusty Niche Zero since upgrading to a 64mm flat burr. I've owned this grinder from new since November 2019 and it still looks and acts as it did back then. I stopped using it a couple months back as I was experimenting with the flat burr and I have since preferred the cups from the flat (mostly pour over).

2024年7月9日 · Under 1k and conical profile = easy. The Niche Zero is still king. Under 1k flats = most complex question. I believe there is now no BAD grinder anymore in the entire spectrum. There is only more better for YOU. I (=me) would seriously look at: DF64V, I had this shortly. Sound with standard burrs was a dealbreaker for me.

2023年8月17日 · 24 clicks on a Comandante is roughly equivalent to a Niche Zero set in the early 90’s, or a Wilfa Uniform set upwards of 30. The Comandante at 24 clicks is essentially set to US manual drip grind (coarser than cupping grind) and about as coarse a grind as you might ever use (estimating a little over 800um).
