They suggested basic things such as changing the wifi channel, etc.. but after I replied doing all their suggestions they stopped responding to me and I have not had a reply back in about 3 weeks (I've followed up a few times). Not sure why they won't get backto me.

Yet, I see no evidence that the Protection Engine is currently an available option on the newest routers - namely, the Nighthawk RS700 and Orbi 970? Hopefully, this is a feature that will be forthcoming in a firmware update for many router models?

2020年9月7日 · Hello! We recently bought a new computer and wanted to download Netgear Genie for desktop, but can't find anything on it. I guess it was replaced by the Nighthawk app or whatever. Can we still download Genie, if so where? Thanks in advance. EDIT: Should have mentioned it's for Windows.
