Neco-Arc is a catgirl parody of the character Arcueid Brunestud. She made her first appearance in the 2000 Type-Moon eroge visual novel, Tsukihime as a student in the "Teach Me, Ciel-sensei!" segments with Ciel after receiving a bad ending (example shown below).

Neco-Arc (ネコアルク, Neko-Aruku) is the first character that even the staff can no longer control, and she is the embodiment of the production staff's spirit of mischief. You, too, should have cat ears. Her appearance is a cat-like version of Arcueid in a severely deformed form having the same voice actor as her.

Neco-Arc is an alternative chibi version of Arcueid Brunestud. First appearing first in Tsukihime, she has since then became a full-fledged new character in Melty Blood.

2023年5月22日 · Neco arc herself doesn't appear in any fate media itself since it's a seperate universe from the Tsukihime universe (afaik). Carnival phantasm anime exists outside of that and is a parody featuring characters from both tsukihime and fate.

It's either a materialization of TATARI or the guest from another world brought here by Zelretch, as well as the mascot character of Type-Moon. 2022年8月19日 · Neco Arc is supposed to be a parody of the visual novel Tsukihime’s main heroine Arcueid Brunestud. Instead of being a blood-sucking vampire, they’re supposed to be a blood-sucking cat gremlin. They first appeared in the original Tsukihime in the ‘Teach Me, Ciel-sensei!’ sections that take place after getting a bad ending.
