Nabeul (/ ˈ n æ b ə l /; Arabic: نابل Nābil ⓘ; Tamazight: ⵏⴰⴱⴻⵍ) is a coastal town located in northeastern Tunisia, on the south coast of the Cape Bon peninsula and surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea on both sides. It is the first seaside resort [1] in Tunisia. It is known for its agricultural riches and its tourism potential.

Nabeul is where you will find one of the best selections of pottery in the country, as it has been a major centre for ceramics for centuries. The potters here have been influenced by the Phoenicians, the Romans, and the Andalucians from southern Spain.
