2020年6月6日 · The NXT series is actually the new Highlife tubs as of 2019, so pretty sure your remote is out of warranty by this point. As far as I understand, your remote will need to have the same firmware as the control pack for the unit to work - buying online is a gamble because the firmware may not match.

2024年11月9日 · HotSpring Grandee NXT heating issue This is a fairly recent acquisition…been using it about 6 weeks. Looks like it was built in 2015. Everything seems to work overall well. It heated up on the refill at what seemed to be an appropriate rate.

2019年12月1日 · Yesterday we drained and refilled our 2018 Hot Springs Envoy NXT. I simply pulled the breakers, drained the water as usual, cleaned the filters, etc. Then I refilled the tub. After powering back on the tub, I noticed that the control panel (the touch panel remote) only shows a battery indicator and the current temperature. That seemed odd to me.

2024年11月30日 · On our 2014 Jetsetter nxt (Hotspring), I'm considering replacing the original 76227 (with pressure switch) heater with a new 73790 (NO pressure switch) heater. 220V installation. 1. Would this still work (I understand the "lights" won't blink if heater fails) ? 2. Are there other alternatives? Thanks, -Bill-

2015年2月23日 · Today I get a call from her service man (the guy that told me the NXT would cost us the extra $2000) and he wanted to confirm the colors before he ordered the tub. he asked me if I was interested in the NXT still. I said that we love the NXT but could not justify the extra money.

2021年2月2日 · It's a 2015 NXT, should have tons of life left in it. If it were my tub I'd spend the money and call the dealer to have them fix it the right way. These are not some mid-grade run-of-the-mill hottub.
