2024年4月9日 · According to a crosswalk I located, there are literally like 20 NDC codes listed. I also compared the new vials to the old ones and the NDC codes are definitely different. Both codes are now converting to the one J1010 but J1030 and J1040 had different NDC codes so this is very confusing to me as well.

2024年4月23日 · Per the NDC you listed, this is a 125 mg vial. First thing I see is the JZ and JW aren't used together when the drug is from the same vial. You want to remove the JZ on the 20 unit line. There is clearly waste from that vial or you wouldn't be billing the additional 5 units. The JW on the 5 unit line is correct.
