During 2019-20 to 2021-22 (till December 31, 2021), over 3.6 million piped natural gas (PNG) connections and 2,041 compressed natural gas (CNG) stations have been added in GAs authorised under the ninth and the tenth bidding rounds. Moreover, in the 11th bidding round, 52 GAs have been issued to 13 entities.
