Mr. Tsur was a Chinese educator, university president and official. Tsur Y. T. was born in Wuhan, Hubei, China, in 1883. Although his ancestral province was Anhui. Mr. Tsur graduated from St. John's University, Shanghai, after which he went to the United States and entered Yale University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1909.
