2023年4月1日 · Early June is an absolutely incredible time to visit. Although the lakes are still frozen, they’re just beginning to de thaw which makes for the most beautiful scenery, especially at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Moraine Lake won’t be accessible by car but biking there is another excellent option.

Option 1: Timed Parks Canada Shuttle from Lake Louise ski lodge park and ride Best if: you rented your own car Very affordable and you can get to both lakes with your reservation; ran from 6:30am–7:30pm (plenty of time to do canoeing at one + a major hike at both if that’s your fancy).

2024年3月18日 · We had some time and drove to lake louise. There was plenty of parking available. We only stayed for an hour so didn’t pay the parking. The employees were okay with it. We wanted to see Moraine lake also so we went back to lake louise skii resort. From there we took the shuttle to lake Louise and took a connector shuttle to Moraine lake.

2023年6月4日 · From Lake Louise up the Lake Agnes trail, to the Agnes tea house. Saw others go up to the Little Beehive, we took the route to the Big Beehive. And came back down. We stopped countless times and I mean countless. We also killed about 45 mins at the top, 15 mins at the area house, and another 15 at the first lake. 5 hours and we tried to kill time.

This was the other day, but Moraine Lake is not yet open to the public, the road opens on/around June 1. Also note that private vehicles are no longer allowed to access the road to park at Moraine Lake, you need to take a shuttle there starting this season.
