Time and Wind is a World Quest that occurs in the Nameless Island, Mondstadt. Reach and explore the island to start the quest. Find the "Ragged Notebook" item by destroying the breakable rock on the south end of the island and read it.

Mission Description: You reach an uninhabited island across the sea, which is home to an enigmatic sundial. Who knows what secret it holds? Objectives: This is one of the hardest to find secret quests in the game.

In the center of the island you will find a sundial, change the in game time to 02:00 and then you will have to find three clusters of wind on the island that can only be found when using Elemental Sight and you will need an Anemo character to disperse of them.

2021年10月29日 · To unlock the quest, go to the secret island east of Mondstadt as shown below. You can reach there by freezing the water using a Pyro character. After reaching the island, interact with the sundial to start the quest. From the sundial, turn right and go to the southern portion of the island.

Use an Anemo (wind) elemental attack on it to destroy it. Side note, once you're there, make sure to pick up the Anemoculus at the back of the sundial, as well as the luxurious treasure below the sundial and a little to the left, near the broken bridge.
