2024年1月17日 · This is supposed to have led to the incestuously-begotten boys Moab [“from father”] and Ben-Ammi [“son of my people”], the eponymous ancestors of the Moabites and the Ammonites, respectively. Did the Moabites and Ammonites themselves believe that they were descended from Father-Daughter incestuous unions? Frankly, I doubt it.
