Mirror Lake Campground is located just off the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway on the shores of its beautiful namesake lake at an elevation of 10,400 feet. The byway cuts through the Uinta Mountains, which are known for their abundant recreational opportunities and scenic beauty.

Mirror Lake State Park has 151 family campsites in three separate campgrounds with seven group sites. The campgrounds are predominantly forested, with beautiful pines and oaks making up most of the woods. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table, and most have a sand tent pad.

The lake reflects a wooded shoreline with cliffs up to 50 feet high, a swimming beach and wetlands that are home to a variety of wildlife. The park's 2,200 acres include several picnic areas, wooded campsites, summer rentals and a cabin for people with disabilities.
