It's not a retcon. Tobirama and Minato aren't the fastest either, all six paths characters are faster than them and 8G gai. The reason Kakashi needs a sharingan is because using the chidori increases his speed over his normal max limit.

2022年1月27日 · The reason why people call Sharingan / Rinnegan abilities hax is because they're stupidly powerful and only certain people can ever unlock them. Sharingan is even worse in some ways because at least the Rinnegan is consistent in what you get, where-as a Mangekyo Sharingan is a roulette and you could be powerful or stupidly OP.
