2024年12月5日 · Any eligible resident of the Town of Mesilla that would like to participate in serving our community is encouraged to apply. Eligibility are as follows: •Must be a resident of the Town of Mesilla at least 6 months. •Must be 18 years or older. •Must commit and be available to attend all PZHAC scheduled meetings, workshops and training events.

Commissioner Yolanda Lucero has been on the PZHAC since July of 2012. A lifetime Mesillera, Lucero places a high respect and value on the culture and the people of Mesilla. As the owner of Casitas de Lucero Rentals, her real estate background contributes to the PZHAC.
