Currently still in the shop, I contacted corporate and they're escalation, mean someone will call me back in 3 weeks S. M. H the highest person that I can speak with name is Tiffany and she never, ever calls back.

2025年1月31日 · My 2020 GLC has the feature where if you stop at a light for a while the engine shuts off and then starts back up when you let off the brake. However, even though the feature is turned, when I stop the light goes to amber but the engine does not shut off.

2025年1月19日 · So we bought our 2017 GLC 300 about a year ago, and around six months ago the stereo stopped playing music… we took it in for a B service and the mechanic showed us pictures of the amplifier, there was a bunch of corrosion all up in it and he cleaned it up, no dice, so he quoted us $1500 to replace it with an amp from the dealership.
