5 天之前 · Phospho-MEK1/2 (Ser217/221) Antibody detects endogenous levels of MEK1/2 only when activated by phosphorylation at Ser217/221. This antibody does not cross-react with related kinases including activated SEK (MKK4), MKK3 or MKK6. It will also react with MEK1/2 singly phosphorylated at Ser217 and singly phosphorylated at Ser221.

11049-1-AP targets MEK1/2 in WB, IHC, IF/ICC, IP, ELISA applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse, rat samples. PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3. Store at -20°C. Stable for one year after shipment. Aliquoting is unnecessary for -20oC storage. 20ul sizes contain 0.1% BSA.
