However, I have also heard it doesn’t hold heat very well when open and that there were numerous build issues with the original Masterbuilt Gravity (e.g., bad switches, faulty fans, warping metal, etc.).

2021年3月21日 · Masterbuilt has listened to Gravity Series user feedback and our design and engineering teams have made the following updates: updated lid/door switches for durability, porcelain coated middle and upper charcoal hopper, and a re-designed charcoal grate for less charcoal fall through.

2021年1月19日 · Sneak Peek: UPDATED Review - Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 Grill + Smoker! bottom line is it cooks fantastic but the electronics are cheap and the switches fail. The switches keep the fan off when either the bottom or top of the coal hopper is open and turns off the fan when below setting of 500 and the main batch is open.

From reading posts concerning the Masterbuilt 560 (including the updated review at this site) as well as watching YouTube videos, I know that the Masterbuilt 560 has issues with the bottom portion of the charcoal stack becoming burned/rusted out.

2020年5月9日 · so far so good. There was a lot of stuff out there in the beginning with all of the mods and such. I opted to do none of them. The metal in the "firebox" that Masterbuilt says is in there for shipping purposes and is not meant to be permanent is deteriorating some. Once I figured out the WIFI issue, it has worked pretty flawlessly since.
