2010年4月30日 · I've got a Green Mandarin and 2 Scooter Blennies in my 20h soon to be reef tank. All of them seem to be eating pellets and freeze dried mix readily, and appear fat and happy. The Mandarin is still a bit shy, but has a favorite hangout under a live rock overhang.
My first Biota Captive Raised Fish (Regal angel & Mandarin goby)
2024年12月26日 · It's about 2.5 years old but we had TONS of issues the first 18 months so really it's been a healthy, happy reef for about a year. After oodles of fish issues we went fallow, QTd all our existing fish, and since have exclusively purchased fish from the incomparable @Dierks at the Fishotel. My first Biota Captive Raised Fish (Regal angel & Mandarin goby)
2024年12月26日 · Another wonderful captive specimen gone. Had this fish for about 2 months, all seemed well, was out and about yesterday, ate, today dead on the ground before being pulled up by the mp60. My first Biota Captive Raised Fish (Regal angel & Mandarin goby)
2024年12月26日 · All three were the same size at the time with the Flame Back almost full grown. When I moved them out of observation and into the main DT the Queen was already 25% bigger than the Majestic. Now the Queen is at least 60% bigger than the Majestic. The Majestic is one of the smaller fish in the tank so he gets pushed around by all the big fish.

2024年12月26日 · Thank you for the update and continued sharing of videos. This helps fellow hobbyist and of course Biota. Sometimes captive bred and/or raised fish get a bad wrap. Sharing content of the young juvenile fish behavior and color over time is priceless. In my opinion. More so when hobbyist bicker about belly, color, size, morphs.
