Madingou (can also be written as Madingu) is a town and a commune [1] located in the central Republic of Congo located in southern Republic of the Congo. It is the capital city of the Madingou District and the Bouenza Department. It is served by a station on the Congo-Ocean Railway.

Du moins Madingou Poste, qui abrite la zone administrative – un endroit calme et ombragé – ainsi que les maisons chic du quartier « Capable ».

Le district de Madingou est l'un des districts du département de la Bouenza en république du Congo. Il se trouve à une trentaine de kilomètres à l'est du district de Kayes et a pour capitale la ville de Madingou.
