Hi, I have a late 2014 Mac Mini and two almost new Iiyama monitors. The monitors work perfectly with my work laptop (a pc running windows). But I'm really struggling get the Mac Mini to drive both monitors. I have 2 x mini display port to HDMI cables. (These are made by Rankie - whoever they are). I also have a HDMI to HDMI cable.

2014年11月18日 · Second monitor doesn't wake from sleep I'm having a similar and possibly related problem. When I wake from sleep on my mac mini the monitor connected to thunderbolt doesn't come back from sleep. The HDMI monitor wakes fine. I switched the primary and secondary display and it is consistently the one that connects through thunderbolt.

2004年3月27日 · The 2018 Intel Mini has more ports and supports more monitors, the M1 Mini has it's own issues and there are a number of other threads about that. One problem is that you must use the HDMI port for one monitor and thunderbolt port for the other on the M1. On the 2018 Mini, you can use thunderbolt for all the monitors if desired.

2020年11月21日 · My current HP S240uj will only work over HDMI fine, but over USB C it won't transfer the audio. Thats kind of confusing because with my intel MacBook everything works fine and I thought the HDMI port on the Mac mini m1 was the one port creating problems. Are any users here with a successful dual monitor setup on the M1 Mac mini ? Kind regards!

A year ago the obvious answer to just drive more screens would have been one of the all-in-one RX 560s such as a Sonnet Breakaway Puck or PowerColor Mini, but both have since been discontinued ...

I've got a dual setup at work (2x ViewSonic VG2236wm-LEDs) which I like. The home-use Mac Mini is for photos, music, web, nothing real processor-heavy (hence the Mac Mini as the base and not an iMac).
