Would really like to do this on a Mac provided it will be close in performance. About ready to build another pc but figure I would check here before buying the parts to build.

2012年8月24日 · IOW, the M4 Mac mini with macOS are designed specifically to support the Apple Pro Display XDR at full resolution, but not necessarily more. Going above 3008x1692 to say 3200x1800 would mean the Mac mini would have to render that at 6400x3600 and then scale that down to 3840x2160.

2009年2月11日 · Since you're on a budget, if getting a 5K display means you can only afford the basic M4 in the mac mini, so be it. You might even want to consider a used M2 mac mini to save money. Retina screen is much more important for a designer.
