2004年4月25日 · The MPC 4000 sequencer runs at 960 ppq per quarter note. Depending on your timing correct 1/8, 1/16, 1/32 and etc determines the placement of your notes. In the manual it states that a 8th note is 480 ticks, 16th note is 240 ticks, and a 1/32 is 120 ticks etc.

2005年5月14日 · The 3000 has only like 2 mb of memory, expandable 2 16 MB , while the mpc 4000 has a 40-80 gig HD and 272 MB of samples possible 2 use at the same time, i personally cant imagine using over 1 MB of samples because i got an ASR-10 which i use 2 chop up loops a mpc would be used just to sequencer and a midi controller, and for drum sounds.

2006年11月27日 · The new generation of the MPC are the 500, 1000 and 2500. Most people who love 4000 would love the 2500 just as much . I would say its a compromise big time. The 2500 is newer, so experienced 4000 users aren't gonna shell out $2000 to avoid bugs they've figured how to work around...

2008年12月4日 · download the mpc 4000 operating system v.1.71 and unzip. connect your mp to pc and open OS Loader. it will ask you to choose the os you want to load, pick the 1.71 version. peace

This is different than the RGB (red green blue) signaling that is sent through VGA.
