我司在北美油气有投资，本人只对对MLP有一点有限的了解：MLP全称叫 Master Limited Partnership 业主有限合伙。 在一些有固定回报的油气业的中游项目，比如油气集输、分离、处理、压缩设施、油气管道和油气基础设施的建设等，采用MLP形式的很多，近来MLP的形式也用到了油气上游的勘探生产中，但数量不算多；油气下游的分销或销售也有采取MLP形式的。 据说房地产和餐厅等也会采用MLP的形式。 由于MLP的税务优势，不少的MLP在并购市场上也很活跃。
