It is possible to route the M8 USB audio to another audio interface in Linux without a DAW, using JACK Audio Connection kit and a few other command line tools. Please note that this is not an optimal solution for getting audio from the headless M8, but as far as I know the easiest way to use the USB audio feature on Linux.

2022年7月31日 · No audio for M8 headless? So I followed the GitHub manual exactly for my PC but I can't get a single sound from the teensy. I've dicked around with every audio option and setting in Windows and can't figure it out.

2022年9月9日 · The M8 functions as a usb audio device. This means you can connect your computer directly to the M8 using the supplied USB-A to micro-USB cable (assuming you have a free USB port), and select the M8 as an output device from your computer.
