3月23日运动（英語： March 23 Movement ，缩写为M23，也被称为M23运动）是活跃于刚果民主共和国东部地区的反政府武装，其是 刚果河联盟 （ 英语 ： Congo River Alliance ） 的一部分 [8] [9] ，常与刚果民主共和国政府爆发战争，导致大量无辜人员伤亡。

The M23 campaign is an ongoing series of military offensives launched by the March 23 Movement (M23), a Rwandan-backed rebel paramilitary group in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, since March 2022.

The March 23 Movement (French: Mouvement du 23 mars), often abbreviated as M23 and also known as the Congolese Revolutionary Army (Armée révolutionnaire du Congo), [8] is a Rwandan-backed, Tutsi-led rebel paramilitary group based in the eastern regions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

In 2013, following international pressure and military intervention by the UN peacekeeping mission MONUSCO, the M23 was defeated militarily. Many of its fighters fled to neighboring Rwanda and Uganda. However, the group never fully disbanded, and in late 2021, it launched a renewed offensive in North Kivu.
