Some of the problems included: receivers so badly out of spec. that they won't headspace unless you get a short chambered barrel and ream to fit, rear sight serrations not machined properly causing rear sight to not hold zero, heat treat problems and op rod raceways mis-machined causing the op-rod to jump out of ...
