2012年3月14日 · I own an M1101. I towed the M101A3 home behind my truck, the M1101 was on a flat-bed. If you have a flat-bed, I'd recommend using that to recover the trailer, for the piece of mind. I switched out the HMMWV tires/wheels on the M1101 which lowered the bed about 4". Never tried to lower the M101A3. Good luck!

2022年6月30日 · The ONLY difference between the M1101 and the M1102 are the numbers on the dataplate. Otherwise everything was the same. It was done that way to prevent a soldier from connecting a heavily loaded trailer to a vehicle not rated for the weight.

2014年6月14日 · The M1101 and the M1102 are well suited to be made into expedition trailers. The M1102 is my favorite of the two. I almost bought one and cut it in half to use as my expedition trailer. Would have had too much into it and changed it too much to pull behind my Jeep JK. It already has 8-lug pattern wheels.
