2012年7月6日 · I have a recent model of this combination leg press/hack squat and am having trouble with doing hack squats on it. The back rest (which doubles as the foot platform when doing presses) does not seem to be placed correctly. I expected the back rest to lie completely flat and to stay that way during hack squats.

2023年4月14日 · Hi all I don't understand why I have really poor depth on leg press. Whenever I use it I can barely get half ROM unless I place my feet really high, which obviously takes away from the quads a bit. Even with squat shoes I don't have this issue when I do squats, just leg press for some reason

2015年4月7日 · In my opinion, I feel that if combined with a posterior chain movement (Romanian deads, Glute ham raise or my favorite: Good Mornings), the bulgarian split squat could be a better option than back squats.
