It has good atk and STABs but only ok speed and sup par bulk, but the bilk numbers aren't the real issue, its weaknesses are. It x4 weak to fire and flying, x2 weak to 4 more things, and weak to stealth rock. adding 25% def isn't overcoming that in the slightest.

Leavanny and Roserade both resist it's STABs, while Florges has a ton of Special Defense to tank her moves. Leavanny also has trouble with Roserade, although it can use Aerial Ace for super-effective damage although Aerial Ace is also a weak move.
