Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority also known as WHEELS and LAVTA is the public transit service in the Tri-Valley Region (southeast Alameda County) of the San Francisco Bay Area in California. It serves the cities of Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore in Alameda County and Pleasant Hill, San Ramon and Walnut Creek in Contra Costa County.

LAVTA (Wheels) Wheels is the local transit system in the Dublin / Pleasanton / Livermore area of the East Bay. Its major hubs are at the Livermore Transit Center and at the East Dublin / Pleasanton and West Dublin / Pleasanton BART stations, with scheduled timed-transfers between buses and to and from BART trains.

The lavta constitutes an intermediate between the ud and the tanbur both in terms of structure and of tone. Before the 19th century, the lavta, along with the kemençe and the tef (tambourine), comprised the kaba saz (vulgar instrument) ensemble that accompanied köçekçe dancers (male dancers who dressed as females).
