Mutant, unofficially known as Larry by fans, is the first antagonist to appear in Residence Massacre. It makes its debut in Night 1 at 12 AM, trying to break into the house and kill the player (s). It also appears in Night 2 at 12 AM, breaking into the factory via windows.

The anomaly appears as a quadruped distorted Roblox noob, presumably due to the effects of a nearby radioactive spill. Blood is sprayed onto many of the body parts. Its torso is split into half, only being held together by its spine.

This night doesn't double the anomaly count, instead it triples it as Barry and Stalker are now in the game. However Barry and Stalker can only start at 2 AM, while Larry starts at 12 AM. Larry is now completely pupil-less in this night, except in Blood Moon where he has tiny red pupils which are similiar to the Wendigo skin in PVP.
