Lake Saint Francis (French: lac Saint-François, pronounced [lak sɛ̃ fʁɑ̃swa]) is a lake which borders southeastern Ontario, southwestern Quebec and northern New York State. It is located on the Saint Lawrence River between Lake Ontario and Montreal, Quebec. The lake forms part of the Saint Lawrence Seaway.

Lake Saint-François National Wildlife Area (NWA) is on the south shore of Lake Saint-François a natural widening of the St. Lawrence River. Located in southwestern Quebec, this NWA is home to an exceptional diversity of fauna and flora.

Sharing the border with the USA, the site includes a shallow freshwater lake, rivers, streams, ponds and flooded woodland, with mature forest on elevated land. The vegetation of the area includes 40 species rare in Quebec and Canada. There is a rich fauna of mammals, reptiles and amphibians, while over 75 species of fish inhabit the waters.
