2015年11月28日 · Our new black lab pup (Flushing Bracken aka Zeebo) has a ridge of wavy hair down his spine. It feels thicker and slightly wirey (SP?). He is from working dog lines on both sides with lots of FTCH back five generations. How normal is this ridge of …
Senior Lab with uncontrollable bowel movements
2017年4月11日 · Our black lab is about 13 years old. He still has alot of energy, eats well, gets up and down the stairs. We generally take him out for a walk 2 to 3 times daily. He is on a strict diet of dry dog food and almost never has any "people" food.
Ideal dog weight chart - The Labrador Forum
2018年1月17日 · Having an older show-line neutered dog (Casper) although fit and well muscled he certainly doesn't look like a 3, more like 3.5. Poor lad only has to sniff a kibble and it goes on his hips. On the other end of the spectrum, I have 2 year (entire) Bramble who is a 2 on the scale, with a thin, sleek coat and long legs, she eats like a horse and ...
When is it too cold for a lab? - The Labrador Forum
2016年12月5日 · There was a Lab that ran free with them through out the trip, and I understand it was Alaska cold. They just put kibble in and the dog tips it out and eats it in 1 second. Or they put soft cheese spread in and the dog learns to lick the Kong but that's it.
Constant itching... - The Labrador Forum
2015年10月28日 · My last dog (also a chocolate Lab) had itchy skin problems, though his didn't start till he was about 2years. You can have allergy testing done at the vets, but I didn't do this as the vet told me it would be very expensive and not very reliable (this was around 17 years ago).
What to expect from a 7-8 month old - The Labrador Forum
2016年4月7日 · who can talk to me about what I should expect from my 7-8 month old lab? She is great, responding to training mostly , reasonable recall, very loving, bouncy and a bit mischievous. But.... She keeps pinching things, it seems to have escalated. Shoes, toys, food, paintbrushes, remote controls.....the list goes on.
Constant Whining - The Labrador Forum
2018年3月30日 · The first lab I had came as quite a shock, I never in my wildest dreams could have thought a dog would be so very demanding upon my lfe and habits. I had had many dogs whilst at my parents house, and I just remember them as hanging around the house quite content with their lives just being dogs.
