The Human Development Center serves as a resource to people with disabilities, families, service providers, educators, and policy-makers. HDC's mission is to build capacity and inspire change to ensure that people with disabilities are able to participate fully in all aspects of community life.

We provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore and learn. Our teachers are highly qualified professionals who are trained to implement a developmentally appropriate, evidence-based curriculum for infants and toddlers, including young children with disabilities and special health care needs.
