2018年7月19日 · Travelling from Tajikistan to China via the Kulma Pass is straightforward and relatively simple, but certainly time consuming. The Tajik cuscoms post is open from 9am (theoretically), and closes for lunch for an hour from 1pm to 2pm Dushambe time.
