The Krork were the original bio-weapon of the Old Ones that fought in the War in Heaven. We don't have many details but WAAAGH Beast is probably the closest the modern galaxy has seen of them. Krork Warbosses were at least Forty Feet Tall (compare to Mag Thraka being about twenty) and they could compete against the fully mobilized Necrons.

Even if this krork was special and twice the size of a normal krork, imagine a 6m tall krork rushing your lines!!! I dont think even a primarch could stand his own there. Like how big was the beast? The prime orks made a struggle for vulkan, so an even smarter, bigger, tougher git in better armor and weaponry.. damn africa.

The only concrete information I've found is the passage from Clonelord where Fabius finds the Krork on display at Trazyn's museum. But other than that, nada.
