Kosa Pan (Thai: ปาน; 1633 – 15 November 1699) was a Siamese diplomat and minister who led the second Siamese embassy to France sent by King Narai in 1686.

The First Ambassador, Kosa Pan, bows before the king’s throne and holds out a letter that reads “to the most majestic monarch who believes in Jesus, the elite and the arbiter of all Christian nations, the emperor of France, the lord of majesty, honor, and glory.”

The author of this journal, Okphra Wisut Sunthorn, alias Kosa Pan, was the ratchathut (first ambassador) of that embassy, and later (1688) became phra khlang (minister in charge of the royal stores, ports, and relations with foreigners) under King Phetracha, after the death of King Narai (July 1688).
