Kokichi Ouma (Kokichi Oma in the English version) is a major antagonist of Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. He is titled as the Ultimate Supreme Leader/Super Highschool Level Supreme Leader. He is voiced by Hiro Shimono in the Japanese version of the game, and by Derek Stephen Prince in the English version of the game.
