Will be studying at KICL this spring. Has anyone studied there?
2022年3月4日 · KICL exists to get those Taiwanese students to N2 JLPT in two years. Many of them make it in 1.5 years if they already had some basic Japanese knowledge from high school or college. KICL knows how to teach to the JLPT very well, but for someone like me who simply wanted to learn Japanese for everyday life here, it wasn't the best match.

2019年3月15日 · KICL is a good school but does not leave enough chance to improve conversation skills in my opinion. Try not to only learn from school but make friends with Japanese people as much as you can so you can practice. Best way is a part-time job! Most of the students work at restaurants.

2018年2月11日 · Hey if you are thinking about applying to KICL, I suggest using Gogonihon. Its a free service that I used where they will help tell you what to fill out and when to fill out and they talk to you in English. They make the application process a lot easier and less hectic. I used them and I am going to study at KICL starting this October for 6 months.

2015年3月9日 · KICL has a reputation for being the hardest language school in Kyoto and for good reason. Class is from 9 to 12:30 everyday with mandatory afternoon classes on Tues and Thurs. And elective classes you can take on Mon Wed and Fri afternoons.

2022年7月4日 · KICl is for those who want to pass JLPT for a job or get into Japanese university. Many of them are Taiwanese who coast along on their kanji, but many of them couldn't have a conversation. I suggest planning ahead so that you can transition into uni right after KICL (or maybe have a one semester break at the most).
Anyone here going to KICL in Kyoto this autumn? : r/japan - Reddit
2013年9月17日 · *EDIT At KICL every semester, a couple of cell phone companies come in and show you what they have to offer you. I think only one of them spoke English last semester, but the teachers are also there to help you.
Reason xQc joined Kick : r/xqcow - Reddit
It's actually insane how shit the Kick era has been. Somehow xqc has managed to stream less in general, skip almost every single AAA single player game, no gym streams, no irl, no movies/shows that he promised, worst schedule ever, max Gamba, and as the clip mentions, no "cool projects that he can now get funding for".

2012年11月21日 · I don't know the living arrangements at KICL but if you need to buy furnishings, kitchen supplies, or other items, check all your options before buying. Hundred-yen stores are great resources. I also thought that the second-hand shops were awesome until I discovered that Nitori, Rakuten, Amazon.jp, and Ikea have very cheap and high-quality ...
Do I have my chances of getting into KICL? : r/Kyoto - Reddit
2023年10月10日 · I really, really want to get into KICL. My plan is to pass the JLPT N2 or N1 (currently I'm between N4 and N3, curiously since I'm self taught I got better at reading than speaking), and then get into a vocational school to learn ceramics in Kyoto. But seeing the admission requirements.. I'm scared I might not get in due to my educational ...
