“The Kulim Hi-Tech Park (KHTP), officially opened in 1996, is the first Hi-Tech Park in Malaysia. The KHTP is situated in the district of Kulim, in the state of Kedah, in the northwest of Peninsular Malaysia. Currently, the development of KHTP covers an area of approximately 1,700 hectares (approximately 4,000 acres).
